"Tahawal / Metamorphose" is the first album by Pierre Clavé, tinged with Arab-Ottoman and Flamenco sounds, contained in a Pop format.

 

Instrumental, multicultural, permanent and total metamorphosis, composed and interpreted integrally in solo, oriental improvised taqasims with cyclical melodies, from Oud to guitar, Tahawal is like a bridge thrown between East and West.

 

 

Pierre Clavé is a multi-instrumentalist Musician, guitarist in his studies, he discovered Arab-Ottoman music and Oud at the age of 18 years. He continues to learn oriental digital percussion (Daff, Riq, Darbouka), Oud, and Santur,

in a self-taught way.

 

Throughout travels and meetings, he collaborates on several artistic projects as a musician, composer, arranger, and works with recognized artists from the Arab world (Behnam Keryo, singing (Iraq), Raed Tamimi, director (Jordan), Salem Bnouni, violinist (Tunisia)) and shares the stage with many artists like the Joubran Trio.

 

Musician invited on many albums, composer of film music, accompanying dance, singing, teaching contemporary music and music of the world in the Conservatories, Pierre is at the center of a cultural and musical permanent mixing, an artist in metamorphosis .
